What Is a Weighted Blanket?
A weighted blanket is heavier than a traditional blanket or comforter, with weight distributed throughout the blanket to create a gentle, comforting pressure.
Many people enjoy the cozy, secure feeling of a weighted blanket while relaxing on the couch, reading, watching TV or winding down at the end of the day.

How Do I Choose a Weighted Blanket Weight?
Choosing a weighted blanket is largely a matter of personal preference.
A 12 lb weighted blanket provides a lighter weighted feel and can be a good choice for someone new to weighted blankets.
A 15 lb weighted blanket provides a more noticeable weighted feeling and is a popular middle-ground option.
A 20 lb weighted blanket provides the heaviest weighted feel of the three options and is available in Queen size.
Heavier isn't necessarily better — choose the amount of weight that feels comfortable for you.
Great for Home, Cottage & More
Weighted blankets aren't just for the bedroom. They're great for curling up on the couch, reading, watching a movie or simply relaxing at the end of the day.
Keep one at home, the cottage, in an RV or camper, or in a guest room. With Double and Queen sizes available, they also make a great gift.
Why Are These Weighted Blankets So Cheap?
There's nothing wrong with them!
JAM was a Canadian company that is no longer operating, and these blankets are remaining brand-new inventory from its product line.
Kawartha Adventure Store is clearing out the remaining stock to make room in our warehouse, which means you can pick up a brand-new JAM Weighted Blanket for just $24.99.
Once they're gone, they're gone.
