Looking for a one-year-old lightweight canoe for under $500?

There is, however, a catch.
KH-07 had an unfortunate disagreement with a moving vehicle and the road. The road won.
This 2025 H2O Canadian 16'6" fell off a vehicle and suffered significant structural damage. The hull is badly twisted and damaged, but it could be repaired by someone with the skills, time and ambition to take it on.
In other words: this is a project canoe.
Condition
This canoe is being sold as-is with significant structural damage.
The hull is twisted and will require substantial repair before being put back on the water. We are not selling it as water-ready or suggesting this is a quick weekend touch-up.
On the plus side, both seats and the carrying yoke are still good, so whether you're planning to repair the canoe or use it for parts, there are some perfectly good pieces attached to our somewhat less-than-perfect canoe.
Please look carefully through the photos of KH-07 before purchasing. What you see is what you're getting.
For the right person who knows how to repair composite canoes — or someone looking for a cheap project to experiment with — it could be a pretty interesting project.

About the H2O Canadian 16'6"
The H2O Canadian 16'6" is based on a traditional Canadian canoe design with a symmetrical hull, recurved ends and a shallow arch hull.
